Privacy Policy

Account: your email, used for one-time-code (OTP) sign-in. No password.

Personalization order: when you personalize a product via a link and submit an order, we collect the contact you type (email, phone or WhatsApp) and an optional note. This is sent to the seller who owns the link so they can produce and deliver your order.

Designs: the 3D model parameters you create or personalize.

Authenticate your account (contract performance).

Let the seller fulfil your personalized order (consent, collected at order submission).

Operate and improve the platform (legitimate interest).

Your order data is visible to the seller who received it — that's the point of the flow. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

We use Supabase (database and storage) as processor, with row-level access control (RLS).

We also use Google as a processor: product emails (order confirmations and updates) are sent via Google Workspace, and Google sign-in, if you use it, goes through Google.

Order contact data is erased automatically after 12 months. Before that: when the seller deletes an order from their dashboard, the contact and note are permanently erased — and you can request that deletion at any time via the contact above.

Account data stays for as long as the account exists.
